About this course

Hi all! My name is Elena and I am the instructor of this course. In my many years of experience, I have met different students with different goals in learning English. But often I came across the fact that students doubted, were afraid, worried, and thus, without even starting to learn the language, they abandoned their idea.

     This course is designed for those who have not studied English or studied, but forgot the main points. This is a course - from scratch and from the very basics. I propose to try to take the first step, plunge into the atmosphere of learning and working with a foreign language, and as a result, get an initial level with which you can move to a new basic level A1 without worries and fears.

     On the course you will pass:

     - 14 grammar topics (several types of pronouns, indefinite and definite articles, there is / there are construction, countable and uncountable nouns, verb to be, Present Simple tense, modal verb can, etc.)

     - words and phrases on the most basic topics (more than 14 topics - acquaintance, family, countries and nationalities, numbers, professions and work, urban and natural objects, months, days of the week, etc.)

     - reading rules (closed and open types of syllables, letter combinations of vowels and consonants, some endings)

     - view short mini-cartoons and see how dialogues are built

     The video tutorials are accompanied by pdf files that you can download.
