Migration of the prototype database compiler created in 2003-2006 from Microsoft SQL Server to Oracle, Jboss, Drools and JBPM. The database compiler is still the core of the application. With the help of the compiler the workflows for the leaf data processing are created and stored in the form of stored functions or procedures (PLSQL) in the database. Standard products such as Drools for the rules of the application and JBPM for the time-controlled execution of the workflows are now also used. The user interface is migrated from Microsoft VB to Java. Data is also migrated from Microsoft SQL Server to Oracle. The various tools for process monitoring and for the fully automated cleaning of the signatures will be left in C #, only the logic will be adapted to the new infrastructure.

  • Development of an internal UBS AG application to generate and manage physical signatures for authorized signatories, taking into account internal and legal requirements.
  • Multi-layer technology, Oracle database, logic implemented using PLSQL (graphic generation of stored procedures - worldwide patents), integrated security layer implemented using Oracle, PL / SQL and Java.
  • Responsibility for project management, project planning.
  • Requirement Engineering.
  • Creation of specifications, adherence to deadlines, resource planning and project monitoring, team management and staff management (25 employees from 2003 to 2012, project volume).
  • Version 2.0 (SQL Server, Transact SQL, VB) was migrated to Oracle, PLSQL and Java.
  • Data modeling, database development (Oracle, migrated from SQL Server) and the implementation of the logic in PLSQL (migrated from Transact SQL). Migration from MS SQL Server to Oracle 10g.
  • Automated testing (HP QTP).
